Journal Sneak Peek Part 5 :)

Hey my lovelies, I'am back with another sneak preview of my journal :") I think this will be last one?
Sorry you guys :*, But that's only cause I have tutorials and videos to explain to you in depth about my next couple of pages. So do not worry!!

Anyways moving on with the next couple of pages; This next page was mainly because I really wanted to loose some weight after I shifted houses, but then my doctor told me I was in my ideal weight and I needn't loose any more pounds...So basically this page is pointless :D, but for those of my viewers who really want to loose weight and are trying out different routines...but can't seem to keep track, this is by far the best method.


All you need to do is write down your present weight, and make arrows going around and around in decreasing order to the weight you want to acquire ( Caution : Do not crash diet for this purpose!! Consult the doctor before weight loss.) So I was 69 kg and I wanted to go down to 56 kg which sounds bizarre, anyways I'm currently 65 kg and needless to say I don't need to loose anymore weight.

The page next to it a 2016 overview page; to remind me how to excel in different aspects; you do not need to make it only for a particular year. You could do it for a certain period; which now I am reconsidering cause 2016 is halfway over and I need more time to do some stuffs in here so.....

I think I saw this on Pinterest; and I felt it was a brilliant idea. There are small keys below for you to know what indicates what,


So there is like ( going downwards) Development, Family, Body , Work, Mind, Giving, Fun and Savings.

My next two fold pages are where I finally wrote my keys for the journaling portion. And also a Campus checklist. :") 


The next pages are a short bucket list I created for this year, and I wrote them down; very small and silly things. And the second page has a little collage depicting the list't items. This page is names " 16 To Do In 2016".


The next five pages are my workout or fitness routine. Starting from Monday till Friday :D.
And I just decorated this by writing the heading as " SMALL PROGRESS IS STILL PROGRESS ".
Also I used post it color flags in opposite directions; and doodled little fitness pictures of them. So I put one on the top left hand corner of the first page and then I put bottom right hand corner of the second page.

And my routine is divided into abs&arms, thighs&booty, core day, leg day, and total body for the respective days. And I wrote the workouts in different hexagons and colored accordingly to make it look more interesting ^^




The adjacent page has a capsule wardrobe checklist :*, which I outwardly decorated by a collage of various clothes and wrote on the sides the words " Eat.Shop.Sleep.Repeat" and " Capsule Wardrobe". 
And also stuck on a matted accent which says " Live the life you have imagined". 


When you open it out it looks like a normal checklist; only this is a capsule closet thing.


As you can see I have checked few things and crossed out others. Its a great idea; and I think I found this on pinterest. Great for people going to uni abroad and can't carry too many items.
