Journal Sneak Peek Part 4 :)

Hey my lovelies, I'm so sorry about not uploading this soon enough. I got a lot of suggestions from you guys so decided to give you a part 4 of this series :D.

My next two pages in my journal is "What I do Before I Go To Bed". Its just a few simple steps to remind me what and how to do my routine. It seems silly but whatever :P.
The next page is a simple page for me to write the names of " Restaurants I want/wish to try". 
I haven't written any yet but if any of you have any suggestions for Southern Indian restaurants; I would love to try it out and give my reviews :D.


As you can see I went a little crazy with the color...and ruined my so called heading, but never mind.

The next two fold pages are about my meal planning. I think I saw this on Pinterest and I immediately fell in love with the layout. The title just says " Whats for dinner?" and I went ahead and drew color boxes with the names " Chicken, Fish, Carbohydrates, Beef, Beverages and Others".

And underneath those boxes I just wrote the meals I usually eat. On the next page, I have written the words " Meal Plan" and underneath that the days of the week. The plan here is to use colored sticky notes or colored paper to stick under the respective days what meal you are having in coordination to the food mentioned on the left page, Its pretty simple and adds such a pop of color. 

Next to this meal plan layout I also went ahead and made a shopping list out of post its, so it would be easier for me to take that slip for grocery shopping. Its pure genius according to me. I wonder how come I never thought of it before? :$



My next page is titled " Year In Pixels" and its a simple page to remind me how my days went throughout the year. Its simple layout of columns and rows according to the dates and months of the year. And since I was so lazy I didn't complete it; so I will show you the one I got inspiration from via instagram.


I think this is a great way to self reflect and gain knowledge about how you feel and how you are as a person. Absolutely love this idea!!

My next page is a simple Gratitude journal page which I will link here so if anyone of you would like one too :") Its a great idea to thank God for the people, things and times in your life. And this page helped me do it.

Me being lazy and Me deciding DIY-ing the gratitude page was a good idea.
My next two pages consist of " Hands of Prayer" page and a "Prayer Journal" page.
I will explain...This Hands of Prayer page (link here) was a great idea to teach me how to construct a proper prayer; instead of being self obsessed or family obsessed, I learnt how to pray for people I didn't know or for those I distinctly knew but never spoke to. It had made a good difference in my routine. It isn't a necessary thing to include into your journals but I thought it looked nice and went ahead and added color and stuck it into my journal. 



The next page is also a printout; Its a Prayer Journal page. I'm not quite sure where I found this, but if I do I will link it as well :").


I have a habit of noting down things or researching verses from the bible I understand or ones that confuse me for future reference etc. So this page helped me to get into a habit of bible journaling. There are bibles nowadays that you can go ahead and journal on the side because of its 1-2 inches wide columns . Its beautiful and I really want one, but for now this is what I do. And I think its a great idea for those who love certain passages or verses from the bible; ones which give them comfort, hope or peace.
