If you’ve made your way to this totally different part of the internet, you probably made a wrong turn at some point. I have a hunch that somehow you are a beautiful, kind and sensitive person who clicked one too many links and landed on this page. Maybe you like interior design and cool before-and-after makeovers? Maybe you are a fashion junkie and can’t live without makeup updates? Maybe you like home renovations? Maybe you like cute dogs? I might pretend not to know. Maybe you don’t know if you like any of these things! Great! Now’s your chance to find out, because ShayDIY has them ALL. 

So, I presume that's what this blog is all about: bringing out the charisma and prospective in our homes and families, with a bit of nonsense and fine deals sprinkled here and there. ShayDIY offers exciting ways to add classy style to daily life. From major remodels to an effortless quick makeover, I am all about reflecting your personal taste and style. With a refined eye and a dainty knowledge of design, the result of my design efforts is always a fresh, urbane scene that reflects the soul of the design philosophy: Life is in the simplicity. Style accordingly.

All along this journey of creating a blog, a platform where I could highlight my views on all things having rainbows and sprinkles, I realized that I am painting my dream. This was a dream which is now being fulfilled little by little. Here at ShayDIY, we have a wide range of challenges including, selection of architectural details and finishes, decorating a practical striking space with furniture, fabrics, accessories, in addition to creating simple yet delicate pieces easy to cater to your living space. I believe that it’s sophisticated yet easy to mix old with the new; bringing forward a minimalistic style to everything in life. It's all about integrating the old and making it brand new!

I share tips and ideas about décor, style, cooking, travel, entertaining – all the good quality matter that makes the day-to-day life slight better.
